About Luc Lanel:
Initially a silverware designer for Christofle, Luc Lanel then went on to work with his wife Marjolaine in their Neuilly workshop, pottery becoming his main activity from the 40s. His designs were exhibited at the Paris Colonial Exhibition in 1931 amongst other. This lamp is very distinctive of his highly textured, very geometric designs.
